Safaa Al-Rubai: A Successful Experience in Establishing and Developing Her Project

Safaa developed her project in dairy and cheese production, and today she dreams of opening her own shop in the center of Madaba city.

Safaa started her project three years ago, producing dairy products, cheeses, and traditional Jordanian jameed by hand.

After receiving funding from Vitas Company, she was able to purchase modern equipment that helped her improve her production and add new items such as butter, yogurt, laban drink, cheese, and labneh.

Safaa dreams of opening her own shop in the heart of Madaba… to bring the authentic local flavors closer to every home.
