4- A copy of the family book for the client and the sponsor
5- Account statements for the client and the sponsor
6- Social Security statement
The supporting documents required to start processing the commercial loan application:
1- The supporting documents of the project, such as the lease or ownership contract, the commercial register, and the professions license
2- Account statements of the client and/or the sponsor
3- Project financial statements
4- Proof of other sources of income for the client and/or the sponsor

In order to be eligible for a loan, the following requirements must be met:-The customer must be between 18 and 62 years old.
-The project should be at least one year old.
-The location of the project or the borrower's residence must be in the same governorate where the loan application is submitted through Vitas Jordan branches.
-The customer must demonstrate the ability to repay and commit to paying installments on time.
-A financially capable guarantor must be provided to cover the borrower's monthly payments.
-The project must be legal, registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and licensed.
-For a home improvement loan, if the borrower is a government employee, they must be the owner of the residence and provide the company with a proof of ownership certificate.
