Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Application Developer & Data Analyst to join our team.

The primary focus of this role is to support the maintenance and development of internal applications, improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, provide technical support, and coordinate with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Application Development & Maintenance

• Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of internally developed applications using Oracle APEX.
• Write, update, and maintain database queries and code using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

User Interface Enhancement

• Assist in developing and improving application front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with the SDS Team and external software vendors regarding technical issues, system maintenance, and the implementation of new features.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and support guides for internally developed systems and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in application development, database management, or data analysis.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle SQL.
• Good understanding of PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
• Strong willingness to learn and quickly understand complex systems.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling data and reports.
